1. Starting November 16, 2020,
email support will be retired and replaced with an online form to raise Service Requests (SRs).
A new Support Portal will also be available to help you submit, track and update SRs.

2. The iPad version of cMI is not yet compatible with iOS14. It is recommended to turn off all automatic update in « Settings > General > Software Update > Customize Automatic Update »
